We have been learning how to write instructions. Today we did some shared writing to write instructions for making a cress sandwich. We have grown our own cress and now it was time to give our cress heads a hair cut and then to eat the cress.
We are getting so much better at stretching tricky words out and writing down the sounds that we can hear. We are all very good at writing 'the' speedily because we wrote it so many times today.
How to make a cress sandwich.
You will need:
butter
bread
a plate
a knife
a tray
some cress
1. Cut the cress.
2. Butter the bread.
3. Put the cress on the bread.
4. Fold the bread.
5. Eat the sandwich.
