Working together

Today we worked together to match the Little Critters with their t-shirts.  They have a capital letter on the Critter and the t shirt has the lower case letter.  We used an alphabet card to help us to match them together.  We were super proud of ourselves!

Buddy Reading

We enjoyed spending some time with our Buddy class this afternoon.  They were great listeners as we read them our reading books.  Some of them could remember reading them when they were five!

Our Kindy Friends

Today we had our friends from Ilam Kindy come to visit us at school.  We enjoyed sharing our phonics song, showing and playing our reading games and having our milk with them.  First we had to introduce ourselves and try and learn their names.  It was a bit tricky but we enjoyed spending time with them and by the end we all knew each other's names.  We are looking forward to Connor and Isabel starting in Room 2 very soon.
