WOW!

Look what was in our boxes!  We think that the Easter Bunny definitely delivered it because it was a GIANT Easter Egg!  It was fragile, just like the box said because the egg might have been broken if we hadn't been careful with it.

Mrs Keen came from the office to see what had been delivered.
Mrs Jones came from her ESOL office because she was curious to see what was inside the box!

Emily cut open the biggest box but we waited to open that one.

Maddy opened the smaller box - it was a bucket!

Dexter was having his last school visit today!  What a great day to come to school!

Budhaditya was also at school on a visit.  It was a mad but exciting day.  We hope you enjoyed it!

Tyler was the lucky person to find the Easter Egg in the biggest box.  It is nearly as big as him!

Both the bucket and the egg were protected by shredded paper.

It was huge and even had its own bucket!  Yum Yum.  We broke it up just before home time and took a chunk home each.  We also shared it with our buddies in Room 3!

Look what we've had delivered

We wonder what is inside but we have to go swimming before we can open them. We think a rabbit might have delivered them. Does anybody else have any ideas?

Butterfly Garden

We having been helping to fix up the Butterfly Garden that is out the back of our classrooms.  The PTA helped to clear the top layer of soil off and then Steve came to help dig more soil out and help us to put some new weed matting on.  He did such an amazing job.  We enjoyed putting the bricks onto the weed matting to hold it down while we wait for nice new soil to arrive.  We can't wait to get into our garden, planting, weeding and looking after our caterpillars and butterflies.

Connect Four

Our wonderful PTA have purchased some outdoor games for us to use at play and lunchtimes.  We had a sneaky play after PMP!  We need to say a huge thank you to the PTA who organise all our wonderful fundraising activities and to all the people who support these.

Bubble Trouble

We retold the story 'Bubble Trouble' using the characters Parrot, Monkey and Crocodile.
